What is Archery?
Archery involves using a bow and arrow to shoot at targets, developing focus, confidence and coordination along the way. The Mendip area has a long connection to archery, with the famous Meare Heath Bow, dating back to 2690 BC, discovered nearby on the Somerset Levels. The equipment used in our sessions is modern, lightweight and designed to be safe, enjoyable and easy to learn. How does our Try Archery session work?
