150 Ft Abseil
What is abseiling?
Abseiling is the controlled descent off a vertical drop using a rope and essentially the opposite of climbing. Abseiling is very popular, requires no skill, little effort and no prior experience. The real challenge is in the mind and getting yourself over the steep edge and placing your trust in the equipment. Once you've finished you'll be running straight back up super excited about doing another one! The Abseil on this session is around a 50m/150ft drop.
