Caving - Swildon's Hole
What is Caving?
The Mendip Hills has the largest underground cave network in the UK. Caving is all about exporing these adventurous environments. It's a great adventure for intrepid explorers. Explore a complex network of maze passages with a mix of climbs, squeezes and features to explore and wonder at.
How does it work?
You'll meet your instructor at Priddy Green. We will kit you out in a boiler suit, helmet and head torch. Wear warm, comfortable old clothes which you don't mind getting wet- you will get wet in this cave! We have wellies available or bring you own. Our instructor will tailor the session to your groups ability and allow you to progress at your own pace, ensuring your experience is unique and enjoyable. If you're a beginner, you might want to consider visiting Sandford Levy or Goatchurch Cavern first.
Where does it take place?
