A Two-Day Archery GB course to become a qualified Archery Instructor.

    The training will take place at Mendip Activity Centre in Somerset.

    Are there any pre-requirements?

    This course is available for anyone aged 16+. No prior experience is necessary, although some familiarity with archery is ideal.

    What's included in the Archery Instructor Course?

    During this training, you will gain the foundational skills to lead archery sessions for beginners. This course is ideal for those working in schools, sports centres, outdoor education centres, adventure parks, and holiday parks. You will cover:

  • Safety, range layout, and different forms of archery
  • Practical skills using barebow and freestyle styles
  • Teaching and improving technique
  • Equipment care
