Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a watersport where you stand or kneel on a large board and use a single-bladed paddle to move across the water.A leash connects you to the board to prevent it drifting away. SUP is a great way to improve balance, coordination and fitness while enjoying time outdoors on the water.
It is also a peaceful way to explore nature, with many people finding paddleboarding both relaxing and rewarding.
