Follow the instructions below to redeem your Groupon deal with Mendip

To enable us to offer you the best possible prices Groupon vouchers can only be redeemed online. If you have any problems redeeming your voucher read this guide carefully. If you have any questions please email groupon@mendip.me

    1 - Book your activity

    When you've added all the activities you need, click checkout and create an account so you can manage your bookings.

    3 - Enter your codes

    On the order review page carefully enter both your Voucher Code and Security code then click the add button. If you have a code for more than one person you'll need to enter the code mutiple times.

    Groupon Instructions
    EXAMPLE: If your code is for Tobogganing for four children, you'll need to enter your codes four times. This is so you can use them on four seperate occasions if you wish.

    Can I book over the telephone?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to redeem the voucher codes through our system here. The codes must be redeemed through the website for the voucher to be correctly applied.

    But I booked over the phone before?

    Our updated system now accepts Groupon codes and it is part of the deal we are running this year. Online booking allows us to run deals like this and it also ensures that all of your details are correct.

    It is not accepting my codes!

    Codes are case sensitive and you'll need to input them manually. Codes may not work by copy and paste.

    The codes will not be accepted if you are trying to book for a session in a restricted time slot. Please check the Groupon restrictions on dates and times before attempting to book.

    Where can I find my codes?

    You will have to click 'View Voucher' to view the codes you need. This option can be found in your Groupon account and on the Groupon app.

    If you have the labels Groupon Voucher and Security Code, your Groupon voucher is your Voucher Code within our system and the security code is the security code within our system.

    If you have the labels Groupon code and Voucher code, your Groupon Code is your Voucher code and your Voucher code is your Security code within our system.

    It does not give me an option to book Chips & Drinks?

    If you have bought the option with Chips and a drink, this is reflected in the confirmation email we receive once you have booked but will not show on your email. On arrival we will give you a voucher to take to the cafe/bar when you are ready to redeem your refreshments. Please be aware of our opening times if you are tobogganing in the last session of the day, you will have to either have your refreshments before tobogganing or have to take away after the centre has closed.

    But I haven't got a printer!

    We can accept the vouchers from a phone/tablet screen if this is easier for you. We do not always need to see them, it is just in case there is a discrepancy in the booking.



    TOBOGGANING DEALS:

    What do I need to bring with me?

    Please bring a copy of your Groupon voucher. If you are Tobogganing all participants will need to be wearing full length sleeves, full length trousers, a pair of full fingered gloves and a pair of shoes that cover all skin (no crocs or flip flops please). There is a light sprinkler system on the slope so we would recommend either a light waterproof or a change of clothes for after.

    What if the weathers not looking great?

    We will go ahead in all weather conditions (other than direct overhead lightning!) so please dress accordingly.

    Can I book for more people than my voucher is valid for?

    We can have up to 25 children on the slope at one time. You can book as many of these spaces as you like, once you proceed to checkout you will be asked for payment details for any spaces booked that are not covered by your Groupon voucher.

    What if I can't make it on the day?

    We are unable to refund or rearrange bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the session without provision of a doctor's note.

    What happens when I arrive?

    On arrival we will ask you to complete a quick online disclaimer on a tablet in reception. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your session starts to allow time to check in at reception.

    How many children can I supervise on my own?

    You can supervise as many children as you feel comfortable to. Tobogganing is a self led session, we will give your toboganners a quick safety briefing then it is up to you to make sure all the rules are being followed throughout the session. We do keep an eye on the slope throughout the hour and if we spot any misbehaviours, we may ask you to leave the slope.

    It looks fun, can adults have a go?

    Unfortunately not. Our upper age limit for tobogganers is 12 and we cannot allow anyone over this age to have a go on the toboggans! (and no one is more upset about it than our staff!)

    What about my 3 and a half year old?

    Again, unfortunately we must enforce our age limit and cannot allow anyone younger than 4 to go on the toboggans.

    I didn't realise this and have bought a Groupon for my 3 and 13 year olds!

    Go back to Groupon and explain the situation, they should give you a refund.
